Contracting and Infrastructure is the holding's founding business and its largest. Selvi Yapı Taahhüt undertakes large-scale public projects such as motorways, bridges, airports, hospitals and industrial zones under FIDIC contract conditions.

Capabilities

• Roads and bridges: an average of 220 km of road and 18 bridges a year
• Buildings and terminals: BIM-based design and coordination
• Infrastructure: water, wastewater, power transmission lines, fiber infrastructure
• Project finance: structuring with export credit agencies and multilateral development banks

Way of working

A separate project management office is set up for each project; planning is done in Primavera P6 and monthly reporting is shared with the client. Safety performance is well below the sector average, with a lost-time injury frequency of 0.31.
