In which countries does Selvi Holding operate?
Besides Türkiye, projects have been or are being carried out in 27 countries in total, led by Turkmenistan, Iraq, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Qatar, Kenya, Senegal and Romania. You can find our current country offices on the Country Offices page.
Whom should I contact to join a tender or form a joint venture?
You can reach our Corporate Development and Tender team at ihale@selviholding.com.tr. For joint venture proposals, technical competence, financial strength, local regulatory experience and ethical compliance are assessed.
What do I need to do to become a subcontractor or supplier?
Submit your company details, references and documents using the Subcontractor and Supplier Pre-registration form. Applications are assessed on quality, occupational health and safety and ethical compliance criteria, and approved firms join the supplier pool.
How can I apply to work on overseas sites?
Open positions are posted on the Careers page. For site positions we look for engineering or technician education in a relevant field and at least two years of experience; country-specific visas and work permits are arranged by the company.
What are your occupational health and safety practices?
An ISO 45001-compliant management system is applied on all our sites. Every worker receives basic training in their local language, has the authority to stop unsafe work, and behavioral safety observations are reported monthly. Our lost-time injury frequency is 0.31.
Where can I find sustainability and annual reports?
Current and past reports, financial statements and policy documents are published as PDFs on the Reports and Policies page.
How can I report an ethics violation or complaint?
You can report in confidence to etik@selviholding.com.tr or the independent hotline available 24/7. A grievance mechanism for local communities is also available at each site.
