- Logistics: A 120,000 square meter warehouse and distribution center connected to Mersin Port
Approach
Projects are managed end to end, from land acquisition to sales. Because construction is done by Selvi Yapı, quality and schedule control are direct. A 10-year structural warranty is given after sale for housing projects.
