An integrated settlement of 4,800 homes, schools, a mosque and a market for 32,000 people.
Northern Valley Residential City is a settlement for 32,000 people made up of 4,800 homes, three schools, two health centers, a mosque and a market. Using a precast concrete system, a production rate of 140 homes a month was reached on site. Buildings and streets were designed with shading and wind corridors suited to the hot climate.

Selvi's role
The project was delivered by Selvi Holding's site engineering and contract management teams across design, procurement, construction and commissioning. Local subcontractors were used, and all site workers received safety training in their local language before starting.
Local contribution
Forty percent of homes were allocated to a subsidized sales program for middle-income families. Some 18,000 trees were planted in the settlement, and all streets have shaded pedestrian paths and bike lanes.
