A site manager to lead field operations on a section of the Nakuru–Eldoret road project.
Job description
We are looking for a site manager responsible for equipment, personnel and subcontractor coordination on the remaining 68-kilometer section of the Nakuru–Eldoret project. The position reports to the project manager.
Responsibilities
- Implementing daily, weekly and monthly work programs
- Subcontractor and equipment management; progress payment control
- Implementing health and safety and quality plans
- Coordination with the local community and the client's representatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
- At least 10 years in highway construction, 4 as site manager
- Advanced English; FIDIC knowledge
