Consolidated revenue reached USD 4.2 billion; the lost-time injury frequency fell to 0.31 and the renewable energy share rose to 58 percent.
Selvi Holding has published its 2025 annual and sustainability results in a single integrated report. In addition to financial performance, the report presents targets and results on occupational health and safety, climate, water and community contribution, with independent assurance.
Financial indicators
The group's consolidated revenue grew 18 percent year on year to USD 4.2 billion. EBITDA was USD 610 million and net profit for the period USD 238 million. The order backlog rose to USD 3.9 billion, equivalent to about 28 months of work. The net debt to EBITDA ratio of 1.9 stayed within the targeted limit.
Occupational health and safety
The lost-time injury frequency fell to 0.31, from 0.42 the previous year. Fourteen million safe working hours were completed on sites. During the year 280,000 behavioral safety observations were made, and under the “Stop Work Authority” program workers stopped unsafe work 3,100 times. There were no fatal workplace accidents during the year; near-miss events and the corrective measures taken are shared in detail in the report.
Climate and environment
Scope 1 and 2 emissions from sites and facilities fell 21 percent against 2019. The renewable share in the energy portfolio rose to 58 percent. Drip irrigation systems used in irrigation projects saved about 85 million cubic meters of water. Seventy-three percent of site waste was recovered.
People and communities
The local employment rate on overseas sites reached 68 percent. A total of 6,200 people earned vocational training certificates. The share of women employees across the group rose from 14 to 17 percent and reached 22 percent in management roles.
Targets
The group commits to cutting emissions by 40 percent by 2030, bringing the lost-time injury frequency below 0.25 and exceeding 70 percent in local employment. The full report can be downloaded in the Reports and Policies section.
Reporting standards
The report was prepared in line with GRI Standards and TCFD recommendations, and data was verified under limited assurance by an independent audit firm. The five UN Sustainable Development Goals to which the group contributes most (clean water, affordable and clean energy, decent work, industry and infrastructure, climate action) are addressed in a separate section.
Stakeholder views
During preparation, surveys and focus groups were held with 1,400 employees, 120 suppliers and 35 local community representatives, and priorities were updated accordingly.
The report also publishes the milestones the group has set for 2026 and beyond – electrification of site equipment, local supplier share and women's employment targets – together with quarterly interim targets.
